Privacy Policy for Wrevvy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Wrevvy ("the app," "we," "us") is a game for Apple Watch developed by Dave Howard. In short: Wrevvy collects no personal data and runs no servers of its own, and everything it stores stays on your device — with one optional exception, Apple's Game Center, described below.

The Short Version

What Data We Collect

None. Wrevvy does not collect, transmit, or receive any personal or usage data. There is no server for it to send anything to.

What Is Stored on Your Device

To make the game work as you'd expect, Wrevvy saves a small set of game values locally on your Apple Watch using the operating system's standard on-device preference storage (Apple's UserDefaults): your scores and play statistics, and your in-game preferences. These values stay on your watch at all times. They are never transmitted off the device (the one optional exception being leaderboard scores you choose to submit via Game Center — see below), are not visible to us, and are not shared with anyone. If you delete Wrevvy, this information is removed along with the app.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Wrevvy contains no analytics tools, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build any profile about you.

Game Center

Wrevvy includes an optional Game Center leaderboard feature. It is entirely opt-in, and the game is fully playable without it.

Children's Privacy

Wrevvy is safe for players of all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. It is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, as there is no data collection to consent to.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how Wrevvy handles information, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Any change would be reflected here before it takes effect in a new version of the app.
